🪩 Intuitive DANCE JAM - we will start off with a slower paced playlist - some refreshments ext - then let the playlist build into some high energy cardio action 🎵 Then we will cool off & stretch together 👍 ☀️ Cash donation to local charity each time! 💃 Blow off some steam the old fashioned way -like the club or disco days - instead of drinks we have tea haha 🫖
